Role: Product Design Consultant

Team: Collaborated with full-stack engineers
What I did: Built the first iteration of the platform which aided in retention of client and internal user experience by 25%. I also built the initial version of the logo and brand identity, design system and animation library.
Context & Challenge
The core problem is that:
AI adoption happens at an individual level, not a workflow level.
Context lives in people’s heads or private prompts.
Teams move fast, but not together.
Decisions are repeated and organisational knowledge does not compound.
Parallel Loop’s philosophy is:
Work should be guided, not figured out.
No blank states.
AI embedded into workflows, not layered on top.
Quality of output is the primary engagement loop.
Context is structured, persistent, and continuously improving.
This platform focuses on how a new employee or a small team experiences real value early, not on feature breadth
